Picked up a weapon with 0 firepower

Found this weapon today, not sure why it has no firepower. When I equipped it my overall item level dropped https://drive.google.com/file/d/1uHzGOr1sLa2rrFQEG3pnUls4Tenavfzz/view?usp=sharing

Don't be too disappointed when the fix comes down as Horror's least is sunset and will probably stand at 1100 power afterwards
