Well, seeing as how hunters don’t have access to blink, they were either badly lagging or cheating or both. Dedicated Pvp servers should be nexons “renewed” pvp focus next year.

Thanks for the tidbit. I totally forgot Hunters can't even use blink, since I don't play on mine much. This definitely looked intentional. Since each time they jumped up in the air and did the same animation. My only other thought is they turned invisible and somehow ended up across the map. I thought it was cheating the first time (especially since the first experience was in Elimination), then I saw 2 other players do it, and thought it must be something else. Though still, each time looked intentional. They didn't just clip out of existence, they would jump and there would be some very brief effect/animation, and they would be gone. Though I agree. Dedicated PvP servers could make a big impact. There's a lot of questionable activity that could be blamed on both cheating or network issues/lag. A borderline invincible guardian could be a cheater, but at the same time, it could also be some really bad network issues. A hunter accidentally going slipspace while turning invisible could also be either.

Just occurred to me but was the hunter using stasis and bakris? That’s the closest they get to blink.

Not stasis, two were Void. Which, after hopping onto my Hunter (I've really neglected the poor guy), I realized that Void Hunters can use Gambler's Dodge and Vanishing Step to "vanish from sight" while dodging. Maybe they jumped, dodged, and accidentally/intentionally teleported across the map at that exact moment. Unless it's somehow another exploit that allows those Hunters to dodge faster and indefinitely, which would potentially keep them invisible across the map and give the appearance of them disappearing, such as Radiant Dance Machines (but that's been patched) though that wouldn't explain how they could end up across the map within three seconds to kill someone else.
