The longer it goes on with no updates the worse it gets. At what point do we give up and move on? They wanted to do away with FOMO (fear of missing out) but then they leave 300+ in the dark about their destiny future.

Yes, the extreme hype machine that preceded this 3 day+ disappointment for hundreds or thousands of Guardians make it much worse, as does the seasonal model that means we have only a limited time to get back in game and try the content to begin with. There is a lot Bungie could do to improve this situation, yet management seems so buffered from interaction with actual customers that the only people we can contact are largely powerless to improve anything. That needs to change.

Making all these people feel like powerless puppets seems like bit of a lame move. I guess as long as they get to play still it doesn't matter about anyone else

These days it seems nearly anyone who isn't in an executive suite gets treated like a [url=https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peon]peon[/url] to one extent or another. It's rather out-of-line with Pete Parson's claims regarding social justice. I don't like the guy. I don't trust the guy.
