At this point people need to stop just giving out their money when content releases. Wait and see what the issues are. We’ve had 7 years of this. Its like complaining the Burger King always gets your order wrong but yet you still keep going back to the same Burger King. Yea it’s BKs fault but the customer also shares some blame there lol.

Preorders are bad for consumers. I only shell out currency when I see a well-working product out in the wild. And Bungie hasn't released one... well... in quite some time. Damn I miss Taken King and D1Y1 Vanilla. But bottom-line: Yes, gamers need to stop pre-ordering from ANYONE, Bungie or otherwise, and immediately demand a refund on products that fail to work. And if you don't get your refund for a defective product, make it a very public matter.
