Randomly Banned

So about two weeks ago, I was doing my daily quests on Europa when I was suddenly kicked offline. I figured it was the usual error codes everyone gets. But when I tried to log back in, I get notified that I was banned. Confused, I emailed support and went to the link the popup provided. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/11929 As stated in the article, bans are issued for: Poor Connection Quality (not my fault Bungie, it is your servers, ask the thousands of people who get the network error code after every season update) Frequent Quitting or Removal (I try my best to finish activities no matter how many times I die) Third-Party PC Applications (A.K.A. cheating, which I was not, hell I don't even know how you could) Code of Conduct or License Agreement Violation (same as above, again which I was not) The only programs I had running at the time was Destiny 2, Steam, Microsoft Edge (had YouTube running on my second monitor while I was gaming), my VPN, and the usual gamer programs (Razer Synapse, MSI Afterburner, Nvidia Experience). And no before anyone says it, it wasn't my VPN. I had them for over 6 years and been using them the whole time I been playing Destiny 1 and 2 and among other online games. None of these I believe violate the ToS, so then why was I banned? If it is because of Network Issues that is 100% not fair because the errors are on Bungie's end. Since then, I received no response from customer support. I really don't want to be "that guy" but this has become frustrating how Bungie is treating their paying customers and longtime Bungie fans (anyone else miss the good old Halo 1 on Xbox days with rocket launchers vs Banshees). I mean I pay for the Beyond Light DLC, play for about 3-ish weeks then get randomly perma-banned (FYI on my account with over 1300+ hours of playtime on Steam). Talk about "who is the one actually cheating here?" Anyways I digress, any help would be much appreciated.
