I got a notification saying ive been banned off destiny 2 but I don't know what for? The day it said I got banned all I had done was go on the EDZ for a short while, went to nessus then done 1 crucible game and im now apparently banned. Sucks because Beyond light is releasing soon and I had the deluxe edition pre ordered since season of arrivals had started and now I won't be able to play. I don't know where it tells me why ive been banned so im sitting oblivious as to why I have been. Ive sent a case about it but does anyone know where I can check for what ive been banned for? I wanna try and get my account back atleast before beyond light releases but idk if bungie will respond before then.

Do you got any cheating programs installed or open during gameplay?

You can submit an appeal but I’m fairly confident something you were doing whether you knew it was malicious or not got you banned. There are things you can do that seem harmless but are still against tos like cheat software from any game. I’d maybe start there. But you may not get the results you are looking for because thems the breaks, dude. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=48629

there is a process in place for you to appeal your ban or restriction. Please review the Contact Form: Appeal Ban or Restriction article found here. Please note that, as mentioned in the article, there is no guarantee for a response, nor is there a guarantee that your ban or restriction will be overturned. Additionally, inquiries into why you were banned will be dismissed.
