Licenses do not transfer. If you want the DLC’s on another platform you will have to purchase them on that platform. Cross save is the ability to carry progress over.

  • I’ve just lost £30 odd and i don’t get that back, not remotely fair.

  • Licenses are sold and managed by the platforms - this has nothing to do with Bungie or being ‘not fair’. If you buy a game on PC you don’t get it on PS4 and Xbox also. Additionally, if the DLC were on disc (this used to be a thing), that disc will only work on the platform that it was made for. Your PC ‘broke’ - that it what cost you money.

  • Bungie has no control over your equipment and it's ability to fail. Bungie also doesn't control the platform licenses. You paid Valve for your Steam Destiny 2 DLC licenses. Microsoft did not get any of that money. Microsoft wants you to buy the Microsoft Xbox One Destiny 2 DLC licenses so they get paid. If you want to request the ability to share your DLCs across platforms, you'll need to contact each of those platform companies to discuss your desire for them to share money and licenses with each other.

  • I know... i moves from battle.net to steam, so i could cross-save to my xbox, now i don’t have the dlc on either my xbox or pc, or atleast that’s what it says on the cross-save page...

  • -_- If you lost the dlc after the PC move then all you need to do is attempt the PC move again until it registera properly. If you lost the dlc after cross-save you need to buy the Forsaken or Shadowkeep dlc for EACH platform you wish to play on. You don't magically get the licenses for another platform.
