It may not be your GPU fan. Your case fans, CPU cooler and system circulation can all play a part in this.
I would review your setup and make sure your PC has ample ventilation.
Games differ on how they drive the GPU, so I would never try to peg a game for something like this.
I understand what you mean and everything you said I Have just fine I'll load up call of duty for example and it works just fine I just seem to be having problems with this game. I appreciate your guises help!

Each game uses the GPU in different ways. If you think it’s driving too much, turn the graphics down. Also, consult with your manufacturer to determine what is normal operating range. If it’s operating out of range consistently, contact them and see what they have to say.
Again, it’s a bit odd to try and nail a developer for ramping your GPU temp when nobody knows your setup except for you.
I 100% agree but it was fine before had for a long time but I just found the problem for it and hopefully we can ignore the fact that I'm a complete idiot.... lol
