TTK already did this.
One could make the same argument about exotics.
Don't complain that you aren't getting enough content for free.

you can't compare exotics with new skills, new skills mean a new way of playing a class, a new gameplay style, it can mean an advantage over other setups, it can let you enjoy more your class and the game itself, exotics only gives you more power that affects only on your own (solo/co-op) gameplay, skills affect you not only on the main story but also on pvp , they are 2 completely different things, a piece of equipment is a small thing compared with a new set of skills. Wat bungie is doing is like giving extra skills on lineage or black desert or whatever mmo that exist to those who pay for something extra, and as I said in the post, is like making a new DLC for Call of duty with new perks that are only available to those who own the DLC, you know in each GAME that sell DLCs they include new content and that's ok, but there is content that should be shared among the players that have the DLC or not, and skills are one of those things, unless they are only available between those who has that dlc, for example let's say that the forsaken players can only play the pvp with others forsaken players, in that case its ok in this case to give them new skills because they will experience that between them, but that's not the case and they can be matched up agains me and others who don't have access to those "perks".
unless they are only available between those who has that dlc,
They used to lock players to pvp with their dlc, but they decided to be generous and give the maps and playlists to everyone... this is a case of give an inch and they will ask for a mile.
