The title says it all. Am I the only one that thinks the hunter is extremely underwhelming and outclassed by all other subclass supers in PvP? I only play a hunter, and I am not saying they are bad ability wise (aside from cough, cough* a -blam!-ing dodge compared to the opposing classes shield and healing/damage rift), but the supers themselves are trumped by practically every other subclass I have seen. The first week trials came out I was in a one on one situation in a tie game defending our bomb when a titan rolls right out in the open and I lit up with excitement initiating golden gun knowing I just sealed the win...... Little did I know, the second I shot, he activated hulk smash, ate the bullet and still had a tiny bit of shield left over; yet one shotted me. Arcstrider is a joke (aside from PvE where it is great), you run the same speed as everyone else so they can have practically no mobility gear and still outrun you, on the other end shitting their pants in amusement no doubt.
Or they just back up and drill you in the face for a second or two and that's all she wrote. Every single titan super one shots the hunter, and even warlocks can throw RANGED (keyword) flaming swords ala titans FOUR one shot hammers, plus EXTRA SHIELDING and wreck you quicker than a Kardashian's vagina in the presence of a basketball player. Dont get me started on Nighstalker..... Just wow. It already takes an immense amount of skill to hit people with that damn bow that takes five seconds (slight exaggeration) to shoot and it doesn't even one shot..... It's pretty frustratingly pathetic, yet slightly laughable in my opinion, but the utility itself is fantastic. I will always play a hunter, and I am good at adapting situationally, but wow do these Hunter supers need some immediate adjustment. Its crazy it made it all through Beta and release without any of it being tweaked. Talk about a two-year fall from grace........ and counting.

Edited by Jonnnys: 10/11/2017 8:49:51 AMI agree, I mained a hunter on D1. The dodge is useless, supers are weak. I tried golden gun in trials. It takes 2 shots to kill another roaming super, no armour advantage and the grenades are terrible. Blade dancer is too slow and the hit detection is still not right. Nightstalker is probably the subclass I've seen the least. I've seen a few bows. If you jump away as soon as you see the animation it doesn't tether you, by the time it lands everyone's long gone and easily escaped. Think I'll be deleted mine and making another warlock. I don't want to but I can't stand hunter in PvP.
