As i sit here working on my warlock while sick I've been thinking about the clan system in general. I personally thing making a clan should be harder the reason being is i have seen many clans with only like 3 to 5 people in them, now i know its just a clan of friends that want to get rewards together but when it comes to the perks a player can only contribute 15,000exp for their clan 5,000 form each character and small clans like that would take a long time to get said perks.
Now i know some people don't care about perks or the staves you get at the end of the season for your clan banner if you get all 6 perks, but for those that really want a successful clan like myself it tends to get to the point where I'm checking the roster for local players that don't have clans and randomly invite them, at the time of this message i have 20+ random players in my clan and the clan level is 3 1/2, though 95% are randoms and most don't play their game that much, like they play once a week normally Tuesday or Friday.
And before you say just leave your clan and join a big one, I'm the founder of my clan and its been around since D1 so I'm kind of attached to it, now with it being so easy to invite people to a clan i see a lot of people join the first clan that invites them, expectantly those without a bungie.net account.
I'd like to hear peoples thoughts on this, and please don't get angry this is my opinion and nothing more.
