Hello, Are you currently playing a disc or digital version of Destiny? If you own a digital version, restoring the consoles licenses is the first step: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181 If that does not work, you will need to contact the console support to ensure you have the correct licenses. If it is a disc version, you need to ensure there are no issues with the disc.

  • I have just been with Xbox Support, they told me to try re-installing the game for a third time, I own a digital copy of Destiny so there was no code for me to enter or anything. I now have to wait 3 hours for my game to install again. I have tried to restore my license twice already, and Xbox support told me there were no issues with my license.
