It'll be in the job description. You may have to make some changes to chase your dreams.

  • Yeah, I figured. I wanted some input and I got it. Some good and some stupid. I think the consensus is that I have talent but I need to branch off more, create more variety. I do great on creating monsters and animals but lack with people and environments and those are some big things Bungie will be looking for. I do appreciate yours and everyone's opinions that took this seriously.

  • Hey man, all it takes is some ambition. You'll never be faulted in life for trying to get your foot into the door. The only mistake you can make is to not make yourself noticed. For a larger company like Bungie, they can hire any number of individuals with resumes they may very well outshine yours completely, but if you sit and think about that, you'll never get to where you want to go. The only time opportunity isn't infinite is when you compare yourself to others. You need to market yourself, and be an asset that the company won't want to lose. Look past your weaknesses and go all in on your strengths. If you aren't ready or experienced enough for the job, do freelance work. Talk to friends, find people who own businesses, and design for them. Get a LinkedIn account and network your ass off. Good luck with your future, I hope everything goes as you wish.
