None of us have the answer for that since we don't actually work there. You need to ask Bungie directly. In the event that you don't get it, don't sweat it. There are plenty of opportunities out there for you. If you don't have any experience in the field I would start trying to work for indie developers. Build your way up.

Thanks, man. I appreciate the honest reply. I've been talking with people and they agree I have the talent but lack in some aspects that Bungie will definitely be looking for, mainly environments.

Still, ask Bungie. If you ask, now they will see what you can do now. Later when you ask and improve, they will see that. It will show that you are passionate enough about your work that you want to get better but it will also show them that you really want to work for them. If environments is your trouble. Look up videos on how to get better on them, try to get advice from other concept artists on what they did that worked for them. Don't ever stop getting better man never stop being the best because when you become the best others will see you as an inspiration.
