Flawless Raider FAQ for Guardians

Hi Guardians. MX here. A lot of people have been confused about the "Flawless Raider" achievement / trophy. I'm here to help the community understand the facts behind the achievement based on what has been presented and what I have seen from personal experience. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. For those wondering about the "Flawless Raider" achievement/trophy please note: 1. If a fireteam member is kicked due to an error code or leaves in any way, they CANNOT rejoin you for the achievement. If they join you, you WILL have to start over. Do NOT let them join in again! (For PS3/PS4 users, make sure to set your fireteam settings to "Closed". For Xbox 360/One users, be sure to go offline (and your teammates should too) BEFORE you start your Flawless Raider attempt.) 2. "Flawless Raider" means "Nobody in your fireteam can die during the entire raid." That means from start to finish (from the time you start in the Hellmouth at the beginning till "Mission Complete" shows up about 3 seconds after Crota is slain (or Atheon or Oryx). 3. If the achievement doesn't unlock for you and you know that you did it, don't panic. Open your character menu. Go to settings and then select "Log out of Profile". After you do this, the achievement should pop up shortly after or after a while. Just make sure you and/or nobody dies in your fireteam whilst completing the entire raid. It should show up eventually. 4. "Flawless Raider" is only achievable (with no deaths in the fireteam from start to finish) in the following end-game activities: Vault of Glass, Crota's End (recommended place to get it due to shortest time frame), and King's Fall. 5. Although you can get the "Raider" and "Raiding Party" achievements/trophies on "Skolas's Revenge", you CANNOT get "Flawless Raider" from Prison of Elders regardless if it's Level 28, 32, 34, or 35. (Here is a video to my Flawless Level 35 Run: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1flrAq...) (Note: I have tested this on PlayStation 4 since I don't have the achievement on there (yet), and I can confirm that you CANNOT obtain the "Flawless Raider" achievement from POE altogether. (Note: I have picture evidence of my PS4 flawless run to if necessary if my word is not good enough for you). 6. If you start from any checkpoint (examples: The Templar, Warpriest, Crota, Oryx, etc.), the "Flawless Raider" achievement CANNOT be obtained. You must start from the beginning and finish the entire raid on your first try with no one dying. 7. "Flawless Raider" can be obtained on either Normal or Hard difficulty. The link provided above is a Flawless Raider run of "Crota's End" on Hard Mode that I did last week. If you attempt this, your results and enemy confrontations will differ in circumstances. Anything can go wrong or happen at anytime. I hope this helps you out Guardians. If you have any questions about running Flawless Raider, the achievement itself, or any tips, leave a comment below or send me an inbox message. Thanks Guardians! MX
