Summary
You are the swift messenger of death. You can flee any engagement and rush to flank enemy positions with ease. You're a glass cannon specializing in close quarters combat. Your melees are often one-hit-kills. Each time you hit with Energy Drain (which should be all the time), you get the highest possible agility in the game plus lightning fast weapon handling/reloading for 15 seconds. With Battle Runner or Mida Multitool, you can run the map up and down like Lebron James on a fast break for a slam dunk.
You can really get the jump on people in PvP with this build. You will cover a lot of ground very quickly. Not even a max agility Hunter can outrun you. But I find the most valuable aspect of this build is your ability to reach any strategic point on the map in record time. You can flee a bad firefight and rush to flank your enemies from another angle before the skirmish is over.
I recommend keeping a safe distance from most players due to your squishiness, and closing in for CQC when your enemies are caught off guard. You can put down 2 or three guardians before they even know what hit them.
You are the angel of death, reaper of souls.

I usually go with a bit more Armor/ Recovery so I can take more damage but I'm defiantly going to try this. I love to bum rush people with Juju or Monte Carlo with a shotty ( w/ single point sling) in reserve.

Edited by ScientificBEST: 1/27/2016 9:06:32 PMYeah I know what you mean. It's a squishy build. But you can mitigate that with a slightly different setup. If you trade your Claws of Ahamkara for The Ram helmet, you will gain quite a bit of armor to keep you alive. You will only have one melee, but honestly you probably won't need it given that Surge lasts for 15 seconds and maxing out your Strength stat gives it back in 25 sec. Another thing to consider is that when Surge procs, it will max out your Agility stat no matter what you set your initial Agility at. So you could run max Armor/Recovery and use Surge to turn into a ninja. Also keep in mind that Agility doesn't affect sprint speed, only run speed. Mida and Battle Runner will boost sprint speed. So you can still run the map pretty well with max Armor/Recovery. It's just a trade-off between being a situational tanky ninja or running full ninja all the time.

Glad you like it! :D BTW, there is an alternative Melee sprinter build that may help you survive longer. Just replace Claws of Ahamkara with The Ram helmet and leave everything else the same. You still get all the speed bonuses, but you give up double melee charges for significantly improved armor and an additional Life Steal on each charged and NON-CHARGED (!!!) melee hit, which returns health. To be honest I think The Ram variation is a better PvP build, but I was originally going for the ULTIMATE speed build, and double Surge melees are good for that.
