• It's like the Striker Titan of agility! So weapon loadout would be something like Mida + Shotgun or Sidearm with Battle Runner and Lightweight? Battle runner makes you go so dang fast too, coupled with aim down sights movement boost on the dance machines, I can feel the salt already! I wonder if there's a gun that can drop with Lightweight + Battle Runner + Single Point Sling.. I would definitely love to see a video comparing the map crossing speeds, route options, and evasion options of the theoretically fastest and most agile builds of each class!

Posted this earlier as a reply to the main thread. I main a warlock and don't quite have the experience to back up the claims that it's truly the fastest build in the game, but it's pretty dang close. Voidwalker Melee Sprinter Possibly the fastest movement speed you can achieve in the entire game. Key Armor: - Claws of Ahamkara - Raid boots with 20-sec agility buff on melee hits (stacks 4 times). - Helmet with melee oriented perk Key stats: - Max agility - Max strength Key Abilities: - Surge - Blink/Focused Burst - The Hunger Key Weapons - Solid shotgun/fusion rifle - Mida Multitool - Any weapon with Battle Runner or Single Point Sling Summary You are the swift messenger of death. You can flee any engagement and rush to flank enemy positions with ease. You're a glass cannon specializing in close quarters combat. Your melees are often one-hit-kills. Each time you hit with Energy Drain (which should be all the time), you get the highest possible agility in the game plus lightning fast weapon handling/reloading for 15 seconds. With Battle Runner or Mida Multitool, you can run the map up and down like Lebron James on a fast break for a slam dunk. You can really get the jump on people in PvP with this build. You will cover a lot of ground very quickly. Not even a max agility Hunter can outrun you. But I find the most valuable aspect of this build is your ability to reach any strategic point on the map in record time. You can flee a bad firefight and rush to flank your enemies from another angle before the skirmish is over. [Edit:] I'm pretty sure the highest possible speed in the game is achievable with a Voidwalker via the following combo: - Trigger Surge ability (melee hit) - Trigger Battle Runner perk with special/heavy weapon - Switch to Mida Multitool - Profit. I realize there are other possible agility buffs out there (e.g. raid boots), but the Surge ability already sets your agility to the maximum value: 13. Any agility buff after that would do nothing since you can't exceed 13. The only other speed perks that would stack with 13 agility are Mida Multitool, Battle Runner, and Single Point Sling. Luckily, you can theoretically get all of those perks at the same time rather quickly, although Single Point Sling won't do anything for sprint speed (still nice to have).

  • Yeah I just grabbed the Conviction II with battle runner to try out for my hunter, but the stability is so much worse than the pigeon that it can be a bit of an issue to actually get the kills with it. Really hoping to grab a Jabberhakke with runner instead, When that battle runner procs though? You turn into the flash! It's nutty!

  • Yeah it's truly insane! I heard someone on a mic once saying he thought the perks for a recent drop were mediocre, saying battle runner was crap. I was like, "What the hell did you just say?!" Lol. Battle runner is like a top 5 perk for me.
