Yeah, the blast radius of the hammers are a -blam!-ing joke in its current state. I made a 5min video showing clips of how weak the hammers have become and how inconsistent they are. You think I'm bullshiting? Just watch the video and you will see what I'm talking about. This is not me crying, I want CONSISTENT! If i hit someone with a hammer I want a kill in return, I wanted to be rewarded for being accurate not punished. Just make the Blast radius of the hammer i bit bigger and it will solve itself.

For the people saying: "Golden Gun has no blast radius and kills on impact, so HoS needs to kill on impact too".
Difference between HoS and GG:
GG: insta-kill lazer beam with a big ass hitbox (almost impossible to miss) in 1st person (very easy to aim) with 0 travel time and unlimited range (in PvP)
HoS: Has travel time (which was increased with 2.1), effected by gravity, doesn't go in a straight line, 3rd person aim (which can be very awkward)
HoS works basicly like a rocket, you can get as accurate as you can with them. Do you expect from a rocket to kill someone only if it directly impacts them? I'm not saying that the hammers should have the same power as a rocket (not by a longshot), but when I throw a hammer right next to/in front of the enemy I except to get a kill. Not to mention that it is almost impossible to hit a player who uses blink/shadestep/twilight garrison. So yeah we need a little blast radius buff to make this super CONSISTENT again, because right now its the most inconsistent super in the game along with arcblade.
And even when you land a DIRECT hit, it fails to kill the player which is very sad. Clink link below for another clip of how inconsistent the super is:

Shoulder charge, if a target jumps and you jump to compensate height and hit the melee, it will not get detected and it'll be like you missed. 2. Arc Blade- Long suffered super melee impact detection. Sometimes it takes 2-3 swipes to kill someone and in turn they may just shotty you. Very Frustrating. 3. Defender Melee inside bubble- when going to melee a target, and that target is right outside the bubble but in melee range sometimes the melee will not connect but I will still lunge and get the visual effects of a direct hit but no damage. 4. Sunsinger Melee- at times doesn't activate overshield/damage opponents... If I see you fly backwards and burning you should be taking burn damage. 5. Hammer of sol- hammer impact detection is extremely off, the hammer itself if close enough will explode like it has grenades and horseshoes, a lot of the time the target will take minimal or no damage. Hammer does NOT track, very frustrating to play. And I main a titan but I also enjoy the other classes as well. It's very frustrating having titans fall into an area the other classes have been getting shafted on. This shit needs to get fixed.

Sunbreaker sucks. I encourage anyone who says otherwise to actually give SB a try then compare it to GG, ST, BD. GG vs SB= GG one shots before a hammer is thrown. ST vs SB = ST wins every time. BD vs SB = BD 2 strikes every time

3 RepliesBump! Thank you I see sunbreaker as the worst subclass to be as a titan. The hit to the armor was understandable, and the blast radius reduction was like, "ok, fine." But then they said and screw your tracking and healing ability! C'mon, really every 5 seconds to heal? You practically only heal once per activation. Our armor is crap now and we can't even heal that often, it's practically a death sentence when you activate it. I personally prefer to avoid playing as a sunbreaker. Fixing the blast radius and be able to heal every 3seconds would probably give the sunbreakers a better chance. On another note shoulder and flame charges need fixing. I've hit many players with the charge and get put down by the same guy I charged... with no sign of any damage, it's really frustrating...

3 RepliesQuit complaining. You sunbreakers had your moment of being extremely overpowered and having an insane super. The super is more balanced now and if your good with it you can still easily pick up a few kills per use

My biggest question is why no one (and I mean NO ONE!) has photo shopped a large marshmallow on the hammer as a meme? It is perfect! I have no photoshop skills so someone else can do it.

Make it have no blast radius unless a kill is achieved. They don't need blast radius it's golden gun with a shield. Either way fix the bug where a direct hit is no damage. Or just give them a gun on fire. That works for me.
