Just casually played a patrol on the DN last night. I have noticed(and some of you others as well I reckon) that whenever the event called 'The enemies is moving against each other' in the Breach Hull area, you can quickly run into the small spawn caves, and then go completely bonkers on the Hives.
I went into the cave during this session last night, and the situation got completely ridiculous(in a very good way).
I just stood there, killing them off one by one with my Assault Rifle, with the result of A LOT of ammo drops(which is not that super exiting), but I afterwards realized that you might be able to get normal drops from the spawns coming from the spawn caves if you just lets them move outside of the cave, and them killing them off. I did get 1 legendary drop from one of the kills when it got shoot just outside the cave.
You can skip to ca 2:30 into the clip to see things going into crazy mode, and into completely nuts mode at the 3:50 mark.
Anyone else of you that have noticed the same thing? I got lucky during the session to get there just when it started, but also even more lucky since another random player noticed me and helped me kill them off from the outside.
The next time, I will try the same thing, but instead waiting for them to leave the cave, and then potentially get a nice bunch of engrams from the short 5'ish minute session this runs.

This can occur anywhere the forces move against one another.

I really wouldn't call it a lootcave since they patched the first one on skywatch. You can do that anywhere the enemy moves against each other.

I've not been impressed with the engram drops. Plus you have to wait for the event. Not that amazing IMO except maybe to farm glimmer.

I came across this by accident while farming flakes with my friend. I was on my hunter ( nightstalker) he was on his sunbreaker titan and we had 2 other random people running the same route as us for the flakes. We walked into the room and all opened up the chest. Next thing we are swamped by hive as the spawn in, we killed them obviously and they insta respawned. Supers for days!! For some reason it was so much fun, not sure why... Lol lets just say all 4 of us didn't leave that room until the enemies subsided or whatever it says.

Dont be a newb - that's just an enemy is moving against each other spawn point. You could go to the cabal one in the ship, or the fallen one on skywatch. (ps, it's easier to stand outside the cave and trap them in, plus get 2 guardians chaining supers)
