Incomplete bounties were auto-abandoned and completed bounties were supposed to remain(old exotic bounties were also auto-completed) on the 8th when 2.0 came out. This was in an update prior to the 8th. It was in order to switch things over to the new system so that they wouldn't have to leave the system tracking stats for bounties that wouldn't come up any more
It was after the update before ttk came out though. Had about 9 completed. And one wasn't. All of them disappeared. Well at least they did on my Titan and warlock. My hunter had all ten. ....
Also on my Titan it kept saying I had rewards from the speaker. When I talked to him it said I completed the thorn bounty. But it didn't have a reward. So I could just cancel. Now that I think about it, one of my other characters did have the bounty. Doesn't matter though. After completing a few of the story missions the rewardless bounty disappeared.
