The hunter Gunslinger exploit should be a bannable offence because the play is knowingly use a bug, glitch, whatever you want to call it to gain and advantage over the other players in game. To me that the definition of cheating therefor bannable.
Edit: This community is one of the worst communities ever. "Oh let use the broken game mechanic to our advantage because we suck at the game and can't play legit because we are horrible people"

2 RepliesWell if you don't know they patched it. And also warlocks were able to do the same shit with scatter grenade in voidwalker. Yet I don't see anyone saying shit about that.
-
If you ban people for using a grenade then a bunch of innocent people who simply like the grenade will get banned.
-
1 Reply77% of Hunter pussies don't want to be banned lol
-
No it should depend because not everyone uses that for an exploit
-
1 ReplyBannable? Not unless bungie so. Should it be fixed ASAP? Yea. After e3 it will start to be addressed.
-
Hunter exploit?
-
I think not bannable but temp banning and if used multiple time then YES
-
God no. Destiny, like damn well near every game, has unexpected exploits players can find and use. Is it the best way to play? Well no, but it is there to be used. I've never used it but no way people should be banned for it. If that were the case anybody who has ever cheesed or glitched should be banned too. And you can't honestly say you've never done that in any game. Either way, it's been patched as of now, so don't worry your whiny little ass over it.
-
Maybe look at new patch notes before crying to people who don't give a shit.
-
1 ReplyFinal rounders should be banned. Shotgunners who abuse SP and Rangefinder should be banned. Anyone using helm of St. 14 should be banned for blindness hacks. Stupid game.
-
4 RepliesAbsolutely not, but it should get fixed.

The salt is real

1 ReplyEdited by RoCCa_ToP_SHoTTa: 6/15/2015 8:04:27 PMso should everyone who pushed Atheon off the edge and got the Vex or anything at all be banned as well? Should everyone who cheeses their way through the raid be banned because their exploiting the bugs? Should everyone that uses thorn be banned because its unbalanced and ON TOP OF BEING UNBALANCED ITS BUGGED SO THAT YOU CAN HAVE A FINAL ROUND ON THE FIRST SHOT OF EVERY MAGAZINE!!??????? Where is your outrage over this? where is your post about the thorn and its users being banned? So what you are really saying is, Hunters should not be able to use swarm grenades all of the sudden because finally someone realized their is a bug???? LMAO it took almost a year to figure out that the grenade is bugged... wanna know why!?? BECAUSE THAT GRENADE SUCKS AND YOU COULDN'T KILL A DAMN THING WITH IT!!! I don't remember EVERR being killed by a swarm grenade!! Ive had my super in the second round of Trials just from getting kills, is that cheating too????
-
I've had it -blam!- up some of my wins that would of been guaranteed but it's fair a super is a super
-
3 RepliesIf you equip scatter grenades with Young Ahamkara's Spine while wearing a helmet with Asses to Asset you are exploiting the glitch. Why on earth would your wear Young Ahamkara's Spine without tripmine grenades?
-
4 RepliesSo warlock that cheese the bridge by wiping and self-reviving be banned too?
-
Patched.
-
22 RepliesI agree, and it is bannable. Wether or Not they do it is something else entirely. But exploiting a known glitch is against the rules.
-
This is in no way bannable. I make no argument that it is okay to abuse it knowingly. But it is SO easy to do without realizing it that it's basically impossible to be 100% sure that you are banning only people who abused it on purpose vs people who simply wore the wrong armor and used the wrong grenade. Would you actually be so much a douchenozzle as to ban people who had no idea they were triggering this glitch?
-
Fixed why we still talking about it
-
Hahaha look at all these salty butthurt kids getting mad cause they can't glitch their supers anymore, git gud you filthy cry babies !
-
Holy, try to post your opinion on this guys post, and he turns into a whiny 10 year old. Actually told me to rage quit life, and that my parents raised me badly, with no provocation whatsoever. Not gonna get far with that attitude.

9 RepliesHow many people got banned for pushing Atheon off the ledge? Templar off the ledge? Jumping to an area out of Templar's range to snipe him? Using the crystal in the Abyss to catapult yourself higher? Using Sunsinger to despawn enemies at the bridge? Jump up the cliff side to snipe enemies at the bridge? And others. These are all exploits that were patched, and NO ONE was banned for doing them. Taking advantage of "flaws" in the game will never get you banned. You have every right to use the abilities given to you, no matter how broken they are. With that said, you also have no right to complain when your tactic is patched.
-
It's gone. Bungie patched it today. Time to take this post down.
-
Why, it was in the game. If a titan or warlock had the same exploit no one would care at all. Bungie didn't put it on purpose to break the game.
-
2 RepliesIf there was on out map glitch caused by coding where you can kill and be completely safe (God Spot) you would be cheating how is this any different?
