Hi there!
Do you have multiple audio output devices plugged in? If so, can you please unplug all of them except for one and try again?

Hi thanks for the response but i either don't know how to do it or it did not work. I only have my razer headset connected with the audio controller it came with but even after disconnecting the whole thing from my pc destiny still keeps loading without any progress

It works now, turns out new headphones remove the audio output for destiny in windows settings and i had to set it back to default which fixed the game and i can finally play again. Thanks for the fast responses with advice, who knew something as simple as replacing headphones can cause so much chaos
