Jacarina shader shows blue when applied to weapons.
It is a black, dark grey, grey, and white shader. It looks correct when applied to armor and certain weapons like the shattered cipher lmg but most weapons have bright blue with it applied instead of white.

Despite the preview only showing four colours, shaders usually have around 5-7 colours in total, and sometimes a 'hidden' one may be more prominent on certain gear, it all depends on what materials each piece of gear is made from. Rivalry Stoic can turn things very blue, Rivalry Resolute will make Titans almost completely silver, with virtually none of the blue, red or yellow on the icon. [i]Volatinia jacarina[/i], or the blue-black grassquit, is a species of birds which has glossy blue highlights on the male's black plumage. It's almost certainly named after that and the blue therefore seems intentional.

This isn’t a bug. Shaders have more colors to them than actually shown.
