Toland bounty not completing?
Finding Toland bounty on Dreaming City doesn't work. Not only me but all my friends have the same bug.
I tested it on all three characters and it doesn't work. Do others have the same problem?

This is really frustrating. I've been trying to get the Dreaming City helmet to drop for my Hunter for a month and every time this quest pops up it won't complete and wastes one day's attempt at finally completing this armor set... -_- I really hate the RNG reliance for drops. I put the game down for a year because of this stuff, other issues seem to be addressed, it's definitely a better game coming back to it, but bugged quests to get RNG gear is a nightmare.

Nov 12, 2021 -- still bugged. I'm relatively new the game, and this was only my second visit to ascendant plane. The time I wasted on this task: where to enter ascendant plane this week, multiple attempts hoping it would function correctly next time, further online research only to end up here and find out this has been bugged for months. But when the game I'm playing is obviously an endless treadmill, why would I expect Bungie to respect my time?

As of today 1st of September 2021. It is still bugged.... I found him twice already and still the bounty is not being completed!

Their not going to fix it, it's been several months now. With the new season focused on the dreaming city, it would have been fixed by the time it went live.
