I have 4 PvE builds and at least 6 PvP builds. All masterworked. All with stats I'm happy with and grinded for. And with all the "increased chance to get X stat" things hardly working, if at all, replacing those sets has been far easier said than done. So essentially, my builds I have spent a lot of time on have an expiration date. And whether or not I get to use them again in their full glory is dependant on RNG. That is not okay. Either give us a way to directly control our armor stat distributions (I don't know. 2 legendary shards per stat moved?) or don't sunset armor.
