i'm only missing the fusion rifle Dream Breaker from my Lunar Rover collection badge and the wizard that i need to kill for it just doesn't spawn, therefore i can't finish up my quest for it i've been having this issue since BL launched and its so frustrating, it's the only thing i'm missing for my title :-(
