Recently I made a post describing how I ran into an issue with Bungie Rewards' code generation ([url]https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/257226624?page=0&sort=0&showBanned=0&path=1[/url]) and how it wasn't working for me. Since then I have been completely locked out of Bungie Rewards with the following message: [quote]We've encountered an error, please try again later.[/quote] That was about an hour ago. In that time I have also tried to make some purchases (with the rewards that were available to me) on the Bungie Store (I have reached out to them via a contact form about this already, I know there's nothing that can be done about it here but it's still worth mentioning) and while the purchases could not be made and I did not get a receipt or a conformation order, my credit card was still charged the price for what I would have purchased. Is there anything that I can do about this on my end besides what was done in the previously mentioned post, reaching out to the Bungie Store support, and working with my bank?

Hey there! If the suggestions did not help from the previous post, it could relate to your network. Have you tried using LTE and/or a mobile browser? Also, you will need to contact the [url=https://bungiestore.com/pages/customer-service]Bungie Store Customer Service[/url] as they are separate from the forums. They will be able to look into your purchase issue. If you are still having trouble generating the MMXX Pin code, I am more than happy to give you my code as mentioned before. 😃
