Enhance! Quest for the MIDA Pair seems to be missing (New Light)
I went to Devrim after doing the basic new light stuff, unlocked adventures and such on the EDZ, and I'm going through my world quests trying to get the destination exotics before November yet nowhere in Dev's inventory screen on either page does he have the world quest. He only has the New Light "Discover Destination" quest, which accepting it does nothing.

Devrim doesn't give 'Enhance!' to you, it is launched from an icon to the north of his location. If it isn't showing, you might have to complete that EDZ intro quest that he does have.
