Unable to turn in Seraph Warsat Network final step
Hi there, I completed all the initial steps for this quest a few weeks back. However, I've been unable to complete the final step to this quest. I've gone to Rasputin's various bunkers multiple times to check if he would finally give me the ship, but each time nothing happens. I've attached a screenshot of the quest being on the final step. How could I get this completed?
