I logged in after Tuesday’s update and started experiencing severe lag in my menus. When trying to load into a mission with friends, I was booted to the log in screen and shown a “chicken” code. I followed the instructions such as clearing cache and resetting router with no success. Other games on my PS4 were impacted as well with games not loading. So I deleted destiny and reinstalled. Next day, I played destiny most of the day and was fine. But later that night, The game started to lag while loading into activities with friends and on two separate occasions after being logged out I was told my Destiny file was corrupted and needed to be uninstalled. After trying to log in again, I received another chicken code. Now I am uninstalling again. What’s the issue here? It seems to only have started after Tuesday’s update, impacts my other games, and make it impossible to play destiny. I have seen some other posts with people getting chicken codes.
