Ive been having similar issues since last thursday. I get beaver and canary when trying to load into tower. ISP checked and no issue detected with signal. I check speed at my modem and get 240mbps down and 14 up. Connect pc to router to modem and get the same. Then using the same ethernet cable to hook ps4 to router i only get 40-60down and 2-4 up. Hooked up my 2nd ps4 to test that and its the same...

Bee / Fly / Lion error codes normally suggest that there may be some ISP congestion or issues going on. Have you spoken to your ISP? Have they been doing any throttling lately?

That’s not necessarily the case. ISPs can determine what your network traffic is and can slow it down or stop it completely if the network is congested. Considering that many people are working from home at the moment, they could be slowing down non-essential traffic. I would ask your ISP if there are any service issues in the area or if they have been doing some kind of throttling.
