armor mods., cost too much or not enough upgrade space.

I currently have a year one knucklehead radar, with a Resilience Mod, Precision Weapon Targeting, and Special Ammo Finder. If I were to get another knucklehead radar that is new and tried to apply the same mods, I would be un able to because they would be more than the 10 points allowed for mods. So im stuck using a bad perk knucklehead radar...
