Missing Content
Hello, I recently deactivated my cross-save as I wanted to return to my original account as well as keep both accoutns seperate. I do own all the content that has been released so far on both PlayStation and Xbox, however since deactivating cross-save on my Xbox it says I need to buy the Shadowkeep season pass which I already own as you need to own the content on each platform in order to use cross-save. I was using my PSN account for cross-save I do not know if that will help or make a difference. My question's are: Do I need to reach a certain level before I can access the season pass? Do I need to uninstall and reinstall everything? Do I need to finish the Shadowkeep campaign on Xbox to gain access to the season pass? Is it something else? Any help on this will greatly be appreciated. Thank You.
P.S. in case it is needed my PSN ID is EnEm87 and my Xbox Gamertag is NM87.

2 RespostasIf you were using your PSN characters as the active save data for cross-save, you likely applied your season pass to those characters. That means you would not have access to the season pass for your Xbox characters, unless you separately purchased the season pass on your Xbox account since deactivating cross-save.
