Bungie, IMO the Iron banner quest (even with the rocket launcher step auto-completed) is very unbalanced for casual players. look at it this way. Hardcore players will still get to flex because they will have their builds fully specced and probably a variety of weapons at their disposal. The casual player on the other hand will likely have one set of gear at 960 or above (hardcore 980 and above more than likely). What you do by having quest like 'get 25 specific weapon kills' is encourage casual players to play with a variety of weapons, most of which they didnt level. I am all for hardcore players having an advantage because they put the time in but it's a double whammy with the quest set up you have going now. my suggestion is to make the quest steps more generic so casual players can go in at the highest light they have leveled to. hardcore players will still have the light advantage and the advantage of having their builds completely specced and master worked. I think it is a lot more balanced approach that way. The current set up allows hardcore players to live they best life while casual players are shooting with guns outside of their routine set up tryna complete bounties that will take longer because the light level difference is greater.
