Lunar Rover Badge, Bane of Crota Ghost Shell
Been running Altar of Sorrow for a while now (probably have around 15 clears of it) and for whatever reason, i can never get the Bane of Crota Ghost Shell to drop. This is currently the only item holding me back from getting the Harbinger title. When i go to my badge progress (link is attached), the Bane of Crota Ghost Shell doesn't appear at all in my badge. Is this a bug in regards to it not dropping, or is it a small % chance of it dropping?

It's a spoiler protection due to the name Crota. Once you find it, it'll appear in the list. You can only get it from the final boss of the Altar of Sorrows (wave 5). It took me about 25 runs, maybe more.
