Long load time to Tower and other activities, anywhere between 3 and 6 minutes, then return to orbit with Kale error and crashes the game with a blue screen, (Cannot continue using application. The data for the following application is corrupted. Delete the application from PS4, and then download it again from [Library] on home screen.

This sounds more like a hardware issue, like maybe a hard drive issue. Have you contacted Sony?
