Drang Quest
Soooo i have been putting this quest off and i have no realized that i cannot get the quest completed to get the exotic engram part? Every exotic engram i get is already encrypted so how am i going to be able to finish this bungie? not even fated engrams work from xur please help very very annoying.

Be patient You can get exotics from boos of vanguard and crucible try nightfall the ordeal

Yep I got to that same spot and was stuck for a long time. I forgot about it and one day out of the blue an exotic dropped to complete that step. It wasn't in the form of an engram.

You have to keep waiting until an exotic drops from killing an enemy unfortunately
