Hello. I'am a New Light player and own Forsaken and Shadowkeep. I have completed the Forsaken Story but Cayde's cloak have been removed from the story rewards to open world drop. However, it seems that New Light player are unable to obtain Cayde's Cloak, as myself (500hrs gameplay) and various friends (+800hrs/New Light) never received a drop from open world/activities. We also tried and spent over 10k+ shards @Rahool without success. Veterans are able to obtain the cloak from strikes/chests etc. I hope someone can look into it. Thank you!
