Heavy Handed mod spawns orb for allied players but not self
The mod's text indicates that it creates an orb for you, but it doesn't. Either the mod text is wrong or there's a bug/mistake in the orb spawning. I equipped it with Stacks On Stacks, Taking Charge, and Striking Light when getting this result.
