DIGITAL DELUXE BROKEN

I bought my brother the digital deluxe edition of the game right before season of dawn, it stated it would come with all 4 season and in game it states he has gotten none of the seasons and is unable to play the new content. His account is "oreomonster21" on steam Please fix bungie.

    Your brother needs to log in with their account and make a post ([i]in here is fine[/i]) about what has been done to date and what happened in order to be more accurate, but based on what you did provide, I suspect he activated the first season on PSN prior to CrossSave and now activated the current season on Steam 10 days ago he was logged into Steam itself - right now he is playing on CrossSave (at time of this post) https://wastedondestiny.com/2_4611686018449723391,3_4611686018488763074 As you can see , these are his accounts - one has Undying activated - the other has Dawn activated. So right now his PSN CrossSave cannot use the Dawn pass and needs to buy one from Eververse to play it on CrossSave. That's the best I can dig up without his actual input and details.
