Hello. I've tried to find information on this problem but haven't been able to, so any help would be appreciated. First, the details: 1. I have already completed Nascent Dawn 2/5 (The quest log that actually doubles as a Override Frequency for the Sleeper Node in Ma'adim Subterrane) and am in Nascent Dawn 3/5. 2. After making it past the quest Nascent Dawn 2/5, I did have 22 Resonant Stems in my inventory and yes the construct option was available to combine them into Override Frequencies and open other Sleeper Nodes. 3. I am working on a different quest right now (The Machine's Gun) which requires me to open 15 Sleeper Nodes with an IKELOS weapon equipped. I've already completed the 3 Escalation Protocols that are the second requirement for this quest so I just need to open nodes. 4. While exploring earlier in the game, before I completed Nascent Dawn 2/5, I did chance upon a Sleeper Node and out of curiosity interacted with it even though it said "Incorrect Override Frequency Detected". Nothing happened so I went and read about Sleeper Nodes, then went and completed Nascent Dawn 2/5 before doing anything else. 5. My Inventory is not full and I have checked at the Postmaster at the Tower. I've also combed my quest log and anywhere else I could think on my character (I only have one on my account). The problem is that I've tried constructing Override Frequencies now and they'll construct (my count of Resonant Stems will go down by 4) but no Override Frequencies appear in my inventory. I have now spent 16 Resonant Stems but no Override Frequency has appeared in my inventory. Does anyone know what to do about this bug? Thanks! Edit: I completed all 5 parts of the Nascent Dawn quest and after completing that I was able to craft Frequencies. I wonder if this might all be because the Nascent Dawn quest marker is the Override Frequency for the sleeper nodes you have to find for each step of the quest and since only one Frequency can be carried at a time you just can't build more until this quest is done. Still, it's just a theory.
