As the title suggests, currently there is an issue where some players are not receiving planetary material rewards from chests that spawn during exploration, in Lost Sectors or from Public Events. This bug was noticed on 11/12/2019 before downtime and occurred again after said downtime. This has serious implications for players who need to farm these materials to purchase Enhancement Cores or trade with Spider.
