Like the subject says. I purchased it from eververse and went about my business in the tower. I went to redeem it and it wasn’t there. I thought maybe I made a mistake, but thought my silver looked low. Purchased again and went right into my inventory. It was not there to redeem. I have followed all the steps outlined and it is still not in my inventory. I figured I would redeem one and refund the other but neither one is showing up
