Why Does no one From Bungie Even aknowledge the Transfer problem? Worst Customer service EVER!

I created 2 posts over a week ago about the not able to transfer with images showing ownership and No one from Bungie even tries to help I paid 200 bucks for this collectors Edition Destiny 2. How do you not even have customer service support? Is Bungie Broke? If you cant get this fixed give me my money back.   • Same. This has been the most laughably miserable experience I've had with any games support. I had more sincere and productive support experiences with kinda-sketchy Korean MMO's in the mid 00's. Far as I can tell no effort has been made to rectify it.

      • I've lost all my enthusiasm for this game because of this. I was going to follow up with the support ticket system that someone on here was kind enough to messaged me a link to. But before filling it out I wanted to give the transfer business one last try over the weekend. Got the same song and dance for the most part. 'Accounts already been transferred', 'you have no characters or dlc licenses', etc, etc. What kept my faith alive though was the knowledge that logging into the Destiny Item Manager would show all my vaulted equipment and characters were fine. Well over the weekend my login for DIM stopped working and after fussing around with it, I ultimately ended up hitting a brick wall. I'm fairly certain I'm not getting any of my stuff back now and it is beyond disheartening. If Bungie ever reads this comment, I just want them to know that I had to tell my clan mates/friends that I won't be playing the game anymore. More over, if this transfer business would have been dealt with in a timely manner I had another friend who was looking to get back into the game and was even going to buy the new expansion. So not only have you lost a dedicated player who has stuck with the game through thick and thin, but you also lost out on a returning player who was ready to jump into Shadowkeep. Lastly, I just want to hammer home the absolute lack of urgency, communication and overall reactions to this issue. There is literally no one taking this problem seriously except the people who are being effected by it. The player base's reaction outside of these forum posts (and even a few people within some of these post) have ranged from hand waving the issue, to full on threats. I don't honestly expect Bungie to curtail their own fanatic's. However, because of the lack of acknowledgement from the dev's, people just assume [i]WE[/i] -blam!-ed this up and [i]WE[/i] deserve what we get for whatever reason. This is simply not the case, and Bungie's lack of communication and half baked response have more or less made [i]US[/i] out to be the incompetent ones in the situation. I could keep writing for what feels like forever, but what's the use. I feel like we got the shaft for no other reason other then because we are in the minority here. And we are just being allowed to slip through the cracks. I wish all of you the best of luck on your journey's to a possible solution, but I'm spent on this issue and will be moving on.

        Refund the game while you can, they aren't even trying to solve this issue. The official "solution" is to give up and make new accounts. I am not joking. They have actually given up, officially.

      • Yeah I got the pre order and no season pass I told them about it and they said that they doing support account sharing but I'm not account sharing. They seem not to care and brush this stuff off. Only if it'd go public an not just in their forums. This along with the bugs in the game that literally stopping my progression I'm not spending money to support them ever again they robbed me along with many others who got pre order and Deluxe edition

      • Had the same problem here but I gave up and started from dust. I'm not happy about it but the only issue I have right now is that I cant join a clan (let me explain). I un-linked re-linked my account etc. I can join the clan in bungie page but it wont show in game because I am not linked and when I try to link only steam (no bnet) It asks me to link my bnet even when I log in with my steam it tries to overwrite my game to basically zero (no characters no game content no nothing).

        • While I can't help you with your problem, I can state with certainty that Bungie has the world's worst customer service. At least my comment will bump your post. Good luck; I hope you get it all sorted out today.

        • For one of my Clanmates the Migration issue got "ifxed" by the current Bungie solution. 1) Refund bought DLC´s /Shadowkeep Edition on original SteamAccount 2) Create a second Steam account 3) Restart Migration by Bungie Site, but to the second (new) Steam Account. 4) Rebuy DLC´s /Shadowkeep Edition on new SteamAccount Root Cause explanation by Bungie: Once Started /executed for a steam account, the migration cannot be re-initiated for the same Steam account a second time. (From my point of view it is not very customer friendly, but it worked for my Clanmate)
