I have to complete a specific heroic event in Thiefs's Landing in the Tangled Shore – the cryo pod with a fallen captain – to unlock the second forge from Black Armory (needle quest). However, everytime I try to turn it heroic by shooting on the vents of the pod to get the three cryo grenades (which is very hard and annoying with lots of enemies shooting from all sides and the electric floor), there is always some random guardian coming by and kills the boss before I can freeze him. Obviously no one is interested in getting the event heroic anymore or they just don't know about how to get it heroic. Honestly, it's a real problem, I tried really often and always have to wait for the next event and then it's all the same. This issue completely locks me out of the content, it's so annoying. Please change the quest step in some way that the event doesn't have to be heroic, for example change it to 5 normal events instead. It maybe worked when Black Armory just released, know it's just very frustrating because no one wants this event on heroic and people who need it cannot stop others from killing the boss within seconds...
