ok this is probably gonna be a long one and knowing me its not gonna have any punctuation lol first off i wanna give props to bungie destiny 2 is starting back on the right path season of opulence is fun and exciting and we have more content coming in September and im sure some in between n and then but the one thing i wanna talk about is a feature i WAS excited for when they first announced it but now see no point in it what so ever and that cross saves... so to start off ive been playing this game since d1 from the beginning i originally started on ps4 and continued to play on ps4 until forsaken when i got my gaming pc and then d2 on pc and my journey on pc began ive been playing on pc since mid forsaken all the way till now and when bungie announced cross saves you better believe i was hype as hell i THOUGHT id be able to get all my stuff back from console that still hadn't dropped for me on pc i THOUGHT i was gonna be able to get all my legacy rewards that i EARNED all the way back in d1 but as it turns out thats not the case i come to find out later bungie isn't gonna merge accounts you have to pick one to be your main account while the other is scrapped and to me thats just terrible now im not saying if i already have gun on ps4 just give to me on pc (because dupes im assuming is why this isnt considered) but we have a collections tab we have triumph tabs i have legacy emblems and if i choose all that stuff over my pc charterer i lose so much stuff that ive earned on pc such as my outbreak perfected my 1k voices my crown of sorrows emblem im basically forced to choose between mt progress since forsaken or my progress since d1 and im sorry but i just think there is a better way to deal with this than that it shouldn't be this way i dont think thats right now the reason for me posting this simple i want to suggest what i think could be done to at least keep mine and everyone elses progress thats been playing since d1 intact with there account its simple as i started above why cant we just merge our triumph books and collections i dont need my console characters and there out of season weapons all i want is my progress my legacy emblems have been worn on console since the game came out i was forced to change that when i moved to pc and that may not seem like a big deal to you guys but i feel like i got -blam!- blocked when they announced cross save and i just hope they consider this before September not everyone wants to play on every platform under the sun but all the hardcore players want there progress for sure
