I've gotten several exotic duplicates but not the one ghost shell I'm missing
Title. I've gotten two inspired idea sparrows and three praxic finery sparrows. I also have three skulking fox ships, and I got two sunshot shells. Meanwhile, I don't have a single hissing silence shell, the only one I'm missing. I've heard engrams work on a knockout system, is this true? Is it broken? Do I just have really bad luck?

The Notorious Engrams do not have a knock out system, normally only Event Engrams like the Engrams from The Revelry have one.
