I have had a lot of fun this is a great mode and the buffs are real nice and it is very rewarding which is a nice change thank you

I'm hearing a lot of good things from it in the reddit community. It actually makes me want to give it a try, I do have a few questions though Cozmo. What's the name of the shader that the hunter has in the image above, how do I get as much of it as possible and will that shader still be in the game after crimson days is over?

2v2 is garbage unfair sides and single players put against teams of 2. just like bright engrams boring duplicated ghost shells and sparrows. not worth grinding or playing destiny for. 9 engrams this week and nothing new. no ones going to buy them. Bungie = crooks and this will not change and this is why no one going to buy the next DLCs

I am not going to play D2 Demo until the game released officially... *Cough* - Random Rolls - Bring back Old weapon system - Harder PVE content for the veteran players ( no disrespect to casual players ) - Nightfall with great modifiers :) - Also bring the MG back - And a REAL RAID not just counters :/ - And keep the PVP fun not just nerfing everything + why we can’t choose the game mode REALLY just tell us why we paid 90$+ I am not complaining but why the restrictions what company can’t let the players choose the game mode :/

The mode is tough - I try not to take it too seriously and have fun - but it's difficult: I found the following challenging - nightstalkers w/ Gemini jesters (throw in swords and were basically fighting to keep them off heavy) - any Warlock with healing rifts (add arc souls for spice) - colony I play all 3 characters and struggled with my titan and my normal loadout (mida - auto - rockets) - I was getting outgunned by everything lol! My son and I played 10 matches and won only 1 - a few were close but we got murdered in too many I did better with my Hunter - the wombo combo helped but it still ended up being a couple of hours of getting our butts handed to us That being said I'm not asking for nerfs or anything- I'm primarily a PvE player n dabble in PvP for fun - though it wasn't fun like iron banner or quick play - I appreciated the speed of the matches and the rewards In regards to rewards it would've been cool if there was specific armor (with ornaments) and/or weapons - would make the effort more worthwhile imo

Heavy weapon in 2v2 is ridiculous. Also Colony versus 2 players?. What were you thinking?. Your team is adolescent. They dont think ahead. Get real.

No microtransactions is truly the highlight for me haha I will say though, the spamming of certain class abilities is a liiiiittle insane, but ultimately manageable. I think I would have liked to see less involvement of heavy ammo, I’ve never been much of a fan of that in Crucible, especially in D2 it feels like an even worse implementation somehow. But apart from those couple little tiffs I reckon it’s a great improvement on IB! The gamemode is unique, you included a little easter egg sorta map thingie. I hope you can keep up the streak! Would’ve been cool to have some gear and ornaments and what have you too. A bit bigger loot pool I guess, but it is a free event technically so can’t complain.

It’s pretty good, but matchmaking and spawns need a lot of work. Also you really need to do something about people leaving matches.

I'm enjoying it. Even losing, I feel like I bring more to the table being in a group of two. Individual performance matters more. Like the increase in abilities, it gives you the ability to turn a losing engagement if you play smart and have a bit of luck.

Crimson days is unfair Warlocks have campy rifts Titans spam barracades And hunters LITERALLY can infinitely take away your abilities and radar No point in adding new rewards to a boring rage induceing mode

Power weapons seem to kind of remove the feeling of actual teamwork in the mode, in my opinion. Of most of the games I've played already it seems to devolve down to "Who can camp the ammo spawn hardest?" Which... at least gives a point of contention, but at the same time, once that guy gets his rocket launcher, the round is basically over. It's frustrating when you're doing great and suddenly all of that is taken away from you by one guy who just stands by the ammo rack with his rocket launcher or his sword. And yeah, what a lot of other people are saying, the ability regen boost seems kind of crazy, and that's coming from someone who was just spamming smoke bombs. It's not fun to play against that at all. The boost could use some tweaks, I liked the idea someone had for making it more gunplay focused than a sort of... 2v2 discount mayhem. I do like it, but... it obviously has some flaws and problems that seem to have been totally overlooked. I'd say put power weapons in on a sudden death, or if it's a tie breaker. It might make sudden death feel just that more tense rather than "Well, they have a rocket launcher, we're just going to hide for now and try to get the ammo next round."

I think it would be better if the heavy spawned randomly in one of a few different locations, rather than just the same spot every time. At least in the games I played for milestone, it just boiled down to camping the heavy spawn. Would rather have a bit more movement in the matches.

I really enjoy it. I also believe this is a perfect thing to gather feedback about ability cool downs and movement speed. Personally I feel that the movement speed of the player when their partner died should be the base move speed that is being aimed for with that update, and as far as cool down of abilities goes, they should be a bit longer than this mode with all three mods stacked on one power. SUPERS FEEL GOOD, I cant stress this enough so 3 mods = a little bit longer than Crimson doubles cool down Move speed = good

As it currently stands all I'm seeing is Titans shield camping heavy ammo and Hunters using smoke bombs with swords. For me it isnt a fun enviroment to be in at the moment.

Hearing the spam is kind of driving me away from trying it. Keep that type of recharge for mayhem but not for this game type.

It is quite good. I only wish the 1v2 situations would get resolved. They are low frequency but a consistent occurrence. I would estimate 5% of matches I have played resulted in 2v1. A few times I have joined a single p,ayer which is great but having also been the 1, it can wreck your KD stats rapidly if you are solo.

I think it could be a fun new game mode, but it needs some changes. Add revives like in skirmish, make kills worth 2 points and a revive worth 1. Change the number of rounds to 3 so it can't go to sudden death unless you both tie points on the last round. Either remove power ammo completely or have it spawn once on the third round. Lastly I don't know if this goes without saying, but remove the buffs/debuffs associated with crimson days.

2v2 is good place to do the practise Small, easy, fast, and most importantly less stressed. If possible, I would suggest to avoid unnecessary pre-teamed entry (ie the fireteam)
