Glitch in Supremacy/Crucible, Limited Access to Felwinter Peak Since Updates
Since the updates has anyone else had any gaming issues? When my boyfriend and I have played since the update we have been experiencing problems like not being able to pick up crests, and getting kill credits in Supremacy. We have also been experiencing connectivity issues from time to time, with 'Contacting Destiny Servers' appearing on the loading screen. (But that may be a problem with our internet provider.) We are new to Destiny, but not unfamiliar to gaming. Before the updates we were able to pick up crests after a kill, and now its not always guaranteed. Also what's the deal with the other half of Felwinter Peak being blocked off? We were able to access all of that gaming area until after the last update. Was Iron Banner a limited time thing? I still have quests and bounties from Iron Banner in my progress tracker, and so does my boyfriend. Feedback?

1 ResponderTypically when you are unable to collect items it'd a result from lag. I've had similar experiences to this where I'm unable to collect or pick up items. You might what to reset your home network to see if that resolves your issue. You might want to checkout the network trouble shooting guide linked below. https://www.bungie.net/en/Support/Troubleshoot?oid=12915 The other half of Felwinters peak is only open when Iron Banner is an active Playlist. Iron banner normally happens once a month. The bounties you still have you can keep or discard. You will not be able to complete those bounties until Iron banner makes its return to Destiny.

1 ResponderSometimes weird network stuff happens after an update. I'd suggest doing a hard reboot of your console, and your modem and or/router, just to reinitialize things to see if that helps with the connection/lag stuff. Which parts of Felwinter's Peak are not accessible? Yes, Iron Banner is always a limited-time deal. It runs for one week at a time, Tuesday through Monday. It will come around again in a month or so. You can hold off on your unfinished bounties until then if you want, and have a head start on getting them done. If you delete them, you can get them again next time, but you'll have to start from scratch. Also, note that each time Iron Banner comes around, your rank will reset to zero.

1 ResponderThe doors are only [i]always[/i] open when Iron Banner is there. If it's not active, they're closed, but you can open them. How, I'm not sure. Every time I see it open, it's just been open. I think it has something to do with using a special item to ignite fires? Google it.
