Can normal humans used Stasis and Strand?
Or is Beal the exception due to 6 messing with him?

In fact yes. For example; Zavala. In FS he lost the light, and when playing iconoclasm, the end of the starting cutscene, where he’s rallying all of Sol’s forces, we see him form a fist of stasis. Yes some may argue it’s because he used to be a guardian, but after losing targe he’s now literally just a random awoken.
